This installation is called “True-Mass”.
The installation includes three sculptures.
The first sculpture is an aluminium wall called “Masterpiece”, it’s there to be used.
The image on the frontside should look terribly familiar to you.
What interests me most about tools is their dual quality. Building, constructing/dismantling, harming/ defending, ultimately they are there to shape. This particular bunch of tools were passed on to me, I have used them in the past and might not continue using them in the future. Some of them I added myself.
The barking dog might not be a dog.

Questa installazione si chiama “True-Mass”.
L’installazione comprende tre sculture.
La prima scultura è una parete in alluminio chiamata “Masterpiece”, ed è lì per essere usata. L’immagine sul lato frontale dovrebbe sembrarti terribilmente familiare.
Ciò che mi interessa di più degli strumenti è la loro qualità duplice. Costruire, costruire/smontare, ferire/difendere; in ultima analisi, sono lì per dare forma. Questo particolare gruppo di strumenti mi è stato regalato, li ho usati in passato e potrei non continuare a usarli in futuro. Alcuni di essi li ho aggiunti io stesso.
Il cane che abbaia potrebbe non essere un cane.
